PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit cards.

ORDERS:
All LUCY MALIKA jewelry is made to order and will take 2-4 weeks to ship. You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order is placed within 24 hours during normal business days. Once the order ships You will then receive an email with the FedEx tracking number. You can also track your orders by logging onto your LUCY MALIKA account.
All orders are shipped in a LUCY MALIKA signature jewelry pouch and box. Upon request, we are happy to enclose a personalized message.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All orders shipped via FedEx require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. Please note, when selecting a shipping method, this is in addition to production time, which is estimated between 2 - 4 weeks for each item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, we are unfortunately unable to accept international orders via our website. For further assistance with international order inquiries, please email us at info@lucymalika.com.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept return requests of unworn, undamaged or defective product with the original tag attached and unaltered, within 7 business days from delivery date. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for returned orders, and a flat fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund amount for return shipping for domestic orders.
Please request a return authorization number at info@lucymalika.com. We will email you a FedEx return label. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges: Please contact us at info@lucymalika.com or call us at 310-593-8490 so we can assist you in finding a product to exchange with.

ITEM CANNOT BE RETURNED IF THE TAG IS REMOVED

SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS ARE ALWAYS FINAL SALE BOTH ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

 

PERSONALIZED ORDERS:

When you place a personalized order, you have committed to the item. Please note that personalized orders are outside the scope of regular designed production and are both non-refundable and non-exchangeable from the time the order is placed. Personalized Orders may be canceled only within 48 hours of being placed.


REPAIRS & SIZING:

Please email info@lucymalika.com for more information. When emailing info@lucymalika.com make sure to reference your Order Number and Repair Issue or Sizing Information. Please request a Repair Authorization # at info@lucymalika.com We will email you a FedEx return label. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
